Order Pickup - Kayak
We now offer kayak transfers from 92 locations across the United States. You can choose to select an order in the cart page.
Orders will be available for pickup approximately one week after purchase date. When your kayak is ready, you will receive a call to schedule your pick-up time. Some locations may have limited hours of operation and may not be open on weekends or holidays.
This service is applicable to all products in this store.
*Delivery companies may experience delays. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the company is not responsible for carrier delays. Please contact the carrier directly for more information.
How to inspect a delivered kayak
It is very important that your kayak is carefully and thoroughly inspected upon delivery so that you can be sure that you have everything you ordered and that nothing was damaged in transit. If you have any questions, please call Customer Service for assistance.
If a product is signed for without reporting damage, or if the driver leaves the property without reporting damage, Kayaks will not be able to replace it.
return the goods
New items are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for paying return shipping charges that may be associated with returning the item. Items must be in new condition, without any signs of use or wear, in the retail packaging and must be returned with all original parts and accessories.
Your refund will be processed as soon as our team has received and inspected your returned item. If the product is found to be in poor condition, or if any original parts or accessories are missing, your refund will be reduced.

Any product shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Shortages must be recorded on the delivery receipt.
Kayaks is not responsible for any shipping charges associated with a customer's refusal to deliver their kayak order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they or the person for whom they purchased the kayak receives the shipment from the carrier at the shipping address or that someone authorized to accept delivery on the customer's behalf according to the shipping carrier's policy.
